Annual Maintenance Contracts

Scheduled Preventive Maintenance

Each covered device receives a minimum of two scheduled preventive maintenance visits per year — comprehensive internal cleaning, mechanical inspection, software and firmware check, paper path cleaning, and replacement of wear-and-tear consumable parts approaching end-of-life.

Unlimited Reactive Support Calls

Covered devices are entitled to unlimited engineer call-outs within AMC response time SLAs throughout the contract period. Labour is included — there are no additional charges for the number of reactive calls made within the year.

Genuine Spare Parts

All parts used in AMC-covered repairs are genuine manufacturer spare parts sourced directly through Smart Printing Solutions' authorised supply chain. Genuine parts ensure repairs restore devices to full manufacturer specification and preserve warranty status.

Toner Supply Management

Organisations can elect to include toner supply within their AMC — converting to a cost-per-page model or a fixed monthly toner supply arrangement based on agreed volume levels.

Dedicated Account Management

AMC customers are assigned a dedicated account manager who oversees service delivery, manages escalations, conducts quarterly review calls, and ensures the AMC is performing as agreed throughout the year.

Annual Contract Review

At contract renewal, we conduct a review of fleet performance data — identifying any devices with unusually high repair frequency or increasing cost-per-maintenance — and advise on whether replacement versus continued maintenance is the more economical option.
