All branches are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Friday observes a brief closure of approximately 1–1.5 hours around Jumu'ah (typically 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM). Call ahead to confirm if visiting on a Friday or public holiday.

Walk-in visits are welcome at all branches. For dedicated product demonstrations or formal pre-sales consultations, we recommend booking in advance to ensure the right products are prepared and a specialist is allocated to you.

Dhaka HQ maintains the most comprehensive demonstration suite. Regional branches hold demonstration stock most relevant to their local market — for example, Gazipur and Savar emphasise industrial barcode printers for the garment sector. Call ahead to confirm specific products at regional branches.

Yes. Our engineers travel across Bangladesh for installation, maintenance, breakdown calls, and pre-sales demonstrations. Travel time and any associated costs for remote locations are discussed transparently at the service scheduling stage.

Information about your current equipment, samples of documents or labels you need to print, approximate monthly print volume, budget range, and any IT/connectivity requirements. None are mandatory — walk-ins are always welcome — but having this information makes the consultation more productive.

Yes. Products can be delivered anywhere in Bangladesh. Delivery includes professional installation and commissioning — our engineers physically install and test the equipment, not simply leave the box at your door.

Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products and wrong deliveries are corrected at no cost. Products correctly supplied per the confirmed purchase order are generally not returnable after installation. We encourage using our demonstration process to confirm requirements before purchase.
