Reporting to: Branch Manager / National Sales Manager

The Sales Executive is the commercial face of Smart Printing Solutions Ltd. in the field. You will build relationships with new and existing clients, present our portfolio, manage the sales process from initial contact to purchase, and exceed assigned revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business prospects through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct structured client meetings and needs assessments
  • Prepare and present formal quotations and proposals
  • Manage negotiation within approved parameters and close sales
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit weekly activity reports
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (business, marketing, or technology preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication in Bengali; English preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outbound prospecting
  • Valid motorcycle/driving licence is an advantage
