Reporting to: Head of Sales / Pre-Sales Manager

Bridges the gap between customer need and Smart Printing Solutions Ltd. capability. You will assess requirements, design solutions, prepare proposals, and support the sales process through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments with prospective customers
  • Develop solution proposals and product comparisons
  • Build TCO and ROI models for print fleet decisions
  • Deliver technical presentations to IT, procurement, and C-suite audiences
  • Respond to technical sections of tenders and RFPs
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the complete product portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, Business, or related
  • Minimum 2 years in pre-sales, solutions, or technical account management
  • Strong technical understanding of printing and document management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Bengali and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
